SECURING OVER 60 GRANTS WITH A 100% SUCCESS RATE
Enterprise Development Grant (EDG)
The EDG grant is designed to help Singaporean companies upgrade their business, innovate, and expand. We provide expert guidance through its three core pillars, tailored to your unique objectives:
Identity Counsel
is Ranked Top 10 Brand Consultants in Singapore
Strategic Branding
& Marketing
This EDG pillar transforms your business into a commanding, differentiated brand. We conduct a deep diagnostic audit of your market and competitors to define your foundational brand DNA, including purpose, positioning, and a compelling brand story. This strategy is then translated into a complete visual and verbal identity, delivered in a comprehensive Brand Guideline to ensure absolute consistency. Finally, we equip you with a strategic go-to-market plan to launch your brand and capture high-value audiences. The EDG co-funds this critical strategy and design work, providing the foundational toolkit for your future growth and marketing execution.
Product
Innovation
Through our proprietary design thinking process, we guide you from concept to launch. This human-centered approach, mirroring the principles of insight, ideation, and prototyping, is ideal for the EDG's product development category. We help you move from deep Insight (understanding user needs and defining the core problem) to creative Ideation (challenging assumptions to brainstorm innovative solutions) and finally to rapid Prototyping (creating tangible solutions to test, refine, and perfect your new product or service).
Business Strategy Development
This pillar, perfectly aligns with our CBB (Creative Business Bridge) process. The grant supports the need for deep diagnosis and strategic planning, which is where our CBB process excels. We use critical thinking and deep insight to facilitate a comprehensive gap analysis, assess internal and external competitive factors, and develop a robust, actionable strategic roadmap to unlock sustainable, long-term growth for your business.
What's Included in the Grant
Strategic Branding & Marketing
This pillar is one of the most powerful and transformative components of the EDG. It’s designed to help your business evolve from being just another player in a crowded market to becoming a commanding, differentiated brand that attracts, not just chases, high-value customers.

This grant co-funds the strategic development of your brand, not just a logo refresh. Our structured process ensures your brand becomes a tangible business asset:
-
Phase 1: Brand Audit & Market Analysis - We start with a deep diagnostic, similar to a "Brand Audit." We conduct stakeholder interviews, analyse your competitors, and research your target audience to understand your current market position, perceptions, and your unique, untapped opportunities (SWOT).
-
Phase 2: Brand Strategy & Positioning - This is the core of the project. We use the insights from our audit to define your foundational brand DNA. This includes:
-
Brand Purpose, Vision & Values: Your "why."
-
Brand Positioning: The unique space you own in your customer's mind.
-
Brand Essence & Personality: How your brand thinks, acts, and speaks.
-
Brand Story & Messaging: A compelling narrative that connects with your audience across all channels.
-
-
Phase 3: Brand Identity & Guidelines - With a sharp strategy in place, we build the tangible assets that bring your brand to life. This includes a new visual and verbal identity (logo, color palette, typography, tone of voice). We deliver a comprehensive Brand Guideline (or "Brand Book"), a critical tool that ensures your team and partners apply the brand with absolute consistency.
-
Phase 4: Strategic Go-to-Market Plan - Finally, we develop an actionable marketing strategy and implementation roadmap. This plan outlines the key strategies, channels, and customer touchpoints to launch your new brand and effectively "capture new audiences and enhance your competitive edge."
Important Note: As per Enterprise Singapore's guidelines, the EDG supports the crucial consulting, strategy, and design work described above. It does not cover the costs of implementation or production, such as printing collateral, media ad buys, retainer fees, or the ongoing execution of SEO and social media campaigns.
